Some of the other more permanent options when you are looking to restore your smile are a dental bridge that can be either permanent or removable. A permanent dental bridge is secured to the dental crowns that top the dental implants placed in your smile. A removable dental bridge clicks in and out like a retainer. The dental bridge is created to look, feel and function like your natural teeth.

You can also consider having full or partial dentures, which are like a dental bridge only with more teeth. They are secured to the dental crowns and look, feel and function naturally in your smile.
